This is Jen DeMartino, and you may have heard from me during casting for MAKING THE CUT or PROJECT RUNWAY, but today I'm working on a slightly different fashion design competition series specifically for unconventional designers, avant-garde designers, and streetwear designers.
An Emmy-winning production company is casting contestants for a fashion competition series that pushes the boundaries of clothing design as it ultimately asks the question: What is FASHION?
Hosted by a trendsetting celebrity model and Internet icon, this groundbreaking show is searching for innovative fashion designers who are upending the rules of style and redefining cool.
Are you a fashion disruptor who creates boundary-breaking looks? Do you specialize in using sustainable materials or inventive upcycling techniques that defy the “rules”
of design? Do you think you’re the future of fashion? From tattered tote bags to palm fronds, and packing peanuts to literal trash, can you use anything to craft unconventional couture?
This competition challenges designers to come up with new trends that will set the Internet on fire — because only the best, viral-worthy designs will get the judge’s stamp of approval! And there’s a CASH PRIZE waiting for the designers who impress our judges the most!
