Well, that’s just “swale”!
Since at least 2018 Portland Fashion Week has stewarded the ground water restoration swales along Glendoveer Golf Course on NW Glisan and 148th.
We have removed everything from trash to trees BUT the car took the prize! Well it’s that time of year again and we encourage PDX business to adopt a swale as well!
