We get it. Unfortunate things come up and force you to cancel your tickets purchased with us. That’s why we offer a 72 hour return policy for all tickets to Portland Fashion Week after the time of original purchase.*

REFUNDS

*Please note, there are no refunds after our generous grace period of 72 hours from the original purchase time, nor after the end of show for tickets purchased at the door. On site tickets will be refunded before end of a show for any reason. For any questions please email us at tickets@portlandfashionweek.net.

EXCHANGES

Don’t suffer from seat envy. If you wish to change days or see seats you prefer, that are the same price or higher simply email us at tickets@portlandfashionweek.net to exchange the ones you have and just pay the difference, if any. We do not refund the difference for lesser priced tickets after 72 hours from original purchase.

SHIPPING

All tickets purchased to Portland Fashion Week prior to our events will be found at the door, under your name and email in will call. Simply bring your receipt either on phone or printed as proof of purchase.

Please note: Portland Fashion Week is NOT Fashion XT, and Fashion XT tickets will NOT be honored at Portland Fashion Week. We are sorry for any confusion due to others claiming our title of “Portland Fashion Week”.
